The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, in Geneva.
Media
Published images are publicly accessible and the items shown are not contractual. Photographs are released under the Attribution NonCommercial NoDerivatives 4.0 International licence (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
Fonts
Web fonts are hosted on our own server. No request is sent to any third-party service (such as Google Fonts), so no visitor IP address is transmitted for this purpose.
Cookies
Only one functional cookie is used, to remember the language chosen during your visit. It is deleted automatically when you close your browser. No tracking or advertising cookie is set.
Contact form and security
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service by Cloudflare, Inc. that tells humans from bots, with no advertising tracker. A technical check is therefore loaded from Cloudflare when the form is displayed. When you write to us, we simply receive an email. Your address and the information you send are not stored in any database.
External links
External links to other websites behave as if you visited those sites directly. Such sites may collect data, set cookies or track your interactions. CALL ME GEMS S.A. cannot be held liable for the consequences of accessing these third-party sites from callmegems.com (alias callmegems.ch).
Statistics and audience measurement
The website uses a privacy-friendly statistics system compliant with the GDPR and the Swiss nFADP: no personally identifiable data retained, IP addresses anonymised through a daily hash, and the Do Not Track signal respected.

We do not share any personal data for commercial purposes. The only interactions with third parties are technical and described above (form security).
Data retention
We do not keep any personal data, except the contact emails needed to follow up on your request.
